Ready to gain strength, feel empowered, and become more flexible? Then this class is for you! With this class you will exercise using the foundational level 1 Pilates exercises.
Pilates Life Studio clients and visitors are welcome to attend this fundraiser class. We will be working through pre-Pilates, intro, level 1 exercises within the classical Pilates repertoire offering several layers per exercise so most clients will find this class challenging and yet very achievable. **for Apprentice-led classes, instructors are in the middle of their schooling and are working towards accumulating their teaching hours, observation hours, and practice hours to complete their rigorous exams successfully prepared**
