Apprentice-led Group Pilates Apparatus Class (all levels) - FUNDRAISER
Ready to gain strength, feel empowered, and become more flexible? Then this class is for you! With this class you will exercise using the foundational level 1 Pilates exercises.
Pilates Life Studio clients and visitors are welcome to attend this fundraiser class. We will be working through pre-Pilates, intro, level 1 exercises within the classical Pilates repertoire offering several layers per exercise so most clients will find this class challenging and yet very achievable.
