Gwyneth Goeldner

Her love for Pilates began in 2020, when her mom opened her first Pilates studio in Langley. Inspired and guided by her direction, Gwyneth's practice has grown and flourished ever since. She is passionate about sharing Pilates with others and hope to see positive change and renewal as a result of her teaching.

Gwyneth believes in an evidence-based method, drawing from both classical and contemporary sources to create effective movement that heals and strengthens the entire body. In 2023/2024, she completed the 500hr Mindful Movement Pilates Teacher Training program and received her certificate early 2025. In 2025 she also completed Elevate's Classical Masters/Graduate Teacher Training program to become a third generation Classical Pilates Instructor. In 2026 Gwyneth graduated from Calibrate’s clinical pilates course, designed to help pilates instructors use the method for injury prevention and rehabilitation.

As of September 2026, Gwyneth is a student at the University of the Fraser Valley for a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology, which she anticipates will further enhance my practice and Pilates teaching.

She teaches here at PLS, as well as, at the highly respected Mindful Movement Pilates Studio in White Rock, BC.
