A warm welcome to the Pilates Life Studio! We are so glad you are here!

Duo sessions are similar to privates as both clients receive full attention to maintain effective form and flow at a pace appropriate for both abilities. Perfect for mother and daughter, husband and wife, and best friends. Receive personalized attention to develop strength, endurance, stability, flexibility, agility, whole body balance and proprioception (body awareness) using the reformer, low chair, tower and barrels.

Payment is required during booking of your appointment. Please connect with us to set up your duo session on the schedule. You are able to book sessions up to 45 days ahead.

How to Reserve a Session
After purchasing your pass, please head to this scheduling system's calendar to find an available Private session you'd like to attend. Follow the prompts to book your spot into the desired day and time. You can book into any available spot on the schedule up to 60 days ahead.

Session Cancellations
We require 24 hours minimum notice for any cancellation. Any cancellations outside of this time frame will be marked as a late cancel, and a class on your pass will be counted as being used. We are firm with this policy. Cancellations are done by the client through this scheduling system.

Package Refunds & Expiry Dates
All packages are non-transferable and non refundable. All packages have a 4 week expiry. Expiry dates can not be lengthened.

Illnesses
If you are experiencing a fever, feeling quite ill (where you may be contagious), and/or have a significant cough, please cancel your upcoming session on the Pilates Life Punch Pass scheduling system, and stay home to get well. If you have a negative COVID test, no fever, no other symptoms, and have a very minimal cough you are welcome to join the class.

Etiquette
Please head to the Studio Etiquette section of the Pilates Life website to read the list of helpful etiquette rules to ensure all sessions are joyful and meaningful for all participants. These rules will also help keep the studio in good working order.
