If you’re looking to start your Pilates journey, you’re in the right place! At Pilates Life Studio, we teach Classical Pilates, the true works of Joseph Pilates. To learn the basics it's best to attend 3-5 Intro Series drop in classes or 3 discounted New Client private sessions. 

We offer consistency and accountability with our small group personalized training to build bodies strong, healthy, and resilient utilizing all main pieces of Pilates equipment (reformer, tower, chair, barrel) while working with the needs and abilities of each client. Most of our clients have memberships that come with standing reservations to keep them on a regular routine to achieve the results they are seeking. **Provide 24 hours or more to cancel reservation in a class, or one class pass on account will be used**

**Unused class pass credits roll over to next month, 3 resets per year: Apr 15, Aug 15, Dec 15**

**Please do not 'no show' for scheduled classes, $10 fee each no show will apply**

**Provide 14 days notice via email to pause membership for longer vacations or medical leave (missing more than 3 classes)**

**One full billing cycle (28 days) notice via email to cancel membership (3 month minimum for new memberships)**

**Please wear socks or sticky socks when on Pilates equipment**
