New to the studio? Welcome! We offer Group Apparatus 1 classes and Private sessions for those who are new to the Pilates method. Both avenues are the perfect way to start Classical Pilates. To move into Intermediate, some clients only need a handful of sessions, others prefer to stay at the Group Apparatus 1 level for longer.
