Brand new to Pilates? Or a lover of the basics? Then Foundations classes are for you! Build overall strength, coordination, balance, flexibility, and core stability while focusing on the Pilates movement principles utilizing Pilates equipment (reformer, chair, step barrel, tower). In this class we move at a thoughtful pace to gain the skills of the foundational intro and level 1 exercises while learning how to work the equipment and adjusting the exercises to suit your body and ability. All levels of ability are 100% welcome! We can work around those who have a minor injury, but those with a major injury or in an acute phase it's recommended to book a private.

Complete four Foundations classes to gain strength, coordination, and knowledge of intro and level 1 Pilates exercises to participate in Level 2 classes. You are welcome to take these classes as often as you'd like to gain confidence to advance to more challenging levels. Some clients choose to stay at level 1 for a long time before trying level 2.
