The Pilates Life Studio's Walk to Run 5-10k program is a very gentle and gradual walking/running program that slowly builds endurance to successfully finish a 5-10k race (along the Fort to Fort trail in Fort Langley). All with only 3 cardio workouts each week!
On Sunday March 3, April 7, and May 5 we have community group runs starting at Fort Langley to walk and/or run along the Fort to Fort Trail. 9am start time. These group runs are optional, not needed to attend to win lottery.
We meet at the Bedford Langley Historical site, which is beside the Fort to Fort Pub at 9271 Glover Rd, Langley Twp, BC V1M 0B7
