Intermediate ONE (Level 2) classes move at a moderate pace to allow for precision of movement and modifications to build overall strength, coordination, balance, flexibility, and core stability. More time is allotted for greater explanation and demonstration. Level 2 classes challenge all major muscle groups with intro, level 1, and level 2 Pilates equipment exercises to workout with. We require, at minimum, four Foundations classes or three privates before attending level 2 classes. We recommend those with a limitation or injury to stick with Foundations classes until more strength is gained.
