Intermediate classes work at a solid intermediate level to increase strength, endurance, coordination, balance, flexibility, and core stability. For most, the intermediate level is the perfect level to stick with for a long time. Class flows a constant moderate pace, yet we also make time for explanation and demonstration to achieve effective form to receive important muscular connections. Clients should not have a serious injury for the Intermediate level, pick Foundations classes instead. Depending on the theme of the class, clients benefit from using a variety of Pilates Apparatus. Need to feel comfortable standing on wooden platform and carriage during side splits and lunges, as well as, kneeling on the moving carriage. Approval is needed before attending Intermediate classes for the first time, please connect with Amy for advice.
