During Group Apparatus 1 classes we focus on functional movement patterns working with pre-Pilates, intro, and level 1 Pilates exercises to increase whole body strength, coordination, balance, flexibility, and core stability utilizing the Pilates apparatus: Reformer, Chair, Step Barrel, Tower. There will be a few level 2 exercises thrown in for good fun! Group Apparatus 1 classes are perfect for those who are new or newer to Pilates, or who like a slower transitional pace, or for those recovering from a serious injury.
