Intermediate ONE (Level 2) classes move at a moderate pace to allow for precision of movement and modifications to increase whole body strength, coordination, balance, flexibility, and core stability. More time is allotted for greater explanation and demonstration while working out with intro, level 1, and level 2 Pilates exercises. This class uses the Reformer, Tower, Chair, and Barrels, as well as, classical Pilates props (Toe Corrector, Foot Corrector, Breath-a-cizer, Pilates balls, Pilates rings, and Bean Bag Roll Up Device).
