Intermediate TWO (level 3) classes move at a strong moderate pace and are perfect for experienced participants who can transition quickly. This is a solid level 3 class where each client can expect to challenge their entire body by using a variety of Pilates apparatus (Reformer, Tower, Barrel, Chair) and classical Pilates props (Toe Corrector, Foot Corrector, Breath-a-cizer, Pilates balls, Pilates rings, and Bean Bag Roll Up Device). Proficiency using the equipment and a good grasp of the level 2 Pilates repertoire is needed before attending Level 3 classes. Need to feel comfortable balancing on the Reformer in the kneeling position. Must have a consistent weekly Pilates practice, so only clients with memberships can participate. Inquire with
