Group Apparatus 3 classes work at the advanced level and move at a strong moderate pace and are perfect for experienced participants who can transition swiftly. Each client can expect to challenge their entire body by using a variety of Pilates apparatus (Reformer, Tower, Barrels, Chair) and classical Pilates props (Toe Corrector, Foot Corrector, Breath-a-cizer, Pilates balls, Pilates rings, and Bean Bag Roll Up Device). Clients need to know the equipment well to change springs and settings quickly to move at a flowing pace. A good grasp of the Group Apparatus 2 Pilates repertoire is needed before attending Group Apparatus 3 classes. Need to feel comfortable balancing on Reformer in kneeling position, as well as, feeling
comfortable standing on wooden platform during side split and lunges. Must have a consistent weekly Pilates practice. Inquire with
Amy to discover if ready for this level before attending advanced classes for the first time.
