During private sessions your trainer provides their full attention to maintain effective form and flow at a pace appropriate for your abilities. Private sessions are ideal for maximizing the effectiveness of your workout and are definitely the best and fastest way to increase your performance.

Gwyneth has completed the 500hr Mindful Movement Pilates Teacher Training program in 2023/2024. She is currently enrolled in Elevate's Classical Masters/Graduate Teacher Training program to become a third generation Classical Pilates Instructor.  Gwyneth has been practicing Pilates for many years under the tutelage of Amy Goeldner, she has knowledge of the entire Pilates repertoire (from Foundations to Advanced) and practices at the advanced level. She is very attentive to each client needs and skill level.
