Do you struggle filtering through all the differing options on how to lose weight? Have you tried numerous diets and ended up gaining all the weight back? Are you thinking about taking GLP-1 as you think all hope is lost? Or maybe you want to maintain your current weight, yet need strategies to increase your daily protein intake.
As a Precision Nutrition Coach, I have the knowledge and training to help clients lose weight and keep it off. I sort through all the data and provide an evidence-based approach to weight loss - all without extreme diets nor eliminating necessary food groups.
We start with a thorough assessment of your needs, goals, and eating patterns. And we come up with a doable actionable plan.
Meetings are 30 minutes in length every Monday evening via Zoom. Come once to get started or come every week for extra accountability. Each meeting is individualized for you and what you are needing.
