This special invigorating class combines traditional and contemporary Pilates exercises with strategically placed cardio intervals using the jumpboard, bosu, and sitting box. The jumpboard is a fun piece of Pilates equipment that is placed near the reformer’s footbar so you can “hop” while being 100% supported on the carriage. This class will strengthen your entire body, as well as, get your heart rate up. The intensity is higher than regular Pilates apparatus classes. Because of the faster pace clients need to have the knowledge on how to change equipment quickly. To stay safe doing the exercises only Intermediate and Advanced level clients can attend. Must have taken at least 10 Intermediate classes. Need to feel comfortable standing on wooden platform during side splits and lunges, and feel comfortable balancing on Reformer in kneeling position.
