Amy's classes are based on traditional Pilates exercises to develop your body strong and flexible. With Amy's multiple trainings in the Pilates method, as well as, her bachelors of science degree in Kinesiology (graduating early 2026), she tailors each class to fit the needs and abilities of each client. Keeping client's goals in the forefront each class is unique as each client is unique as she adapts the workout so clients are successful.
Amy has been a movement educator since 1999. She has several Pilates comprehensive (all apparatus) certifications: 500hr Balanced Body Pilates Teacher Training, 500hr Mindful Movement Pilates Teacher Training, 500hr The Pilates Center Classical Pilates Bridge Teacher Training. She also obtained the extensive Breathe Edu Clinical Pilates year long diploma. She is currently enrolled with Lesley Logan's Elevate "masters" program, where Amy will be a third generation Classical Pilates teacher. She has the Core Exercise Solutions (CES) Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist certification, along with BASI's Prenatal and Postnatal certificate.
Amy has been an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer since 1999, National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified corrective exercise specialist since 2012, and a certified Precision Nutrition coach since 2019.
