Amy Goeldner

Amy's classes are a challenging mix of traditional Pilates exercises to develop your body strong and flexible. With Amy's training in contemporary and classical Pilates she infuses both methods into each class to fit the needs and abilities of each client. Keeping client's goals in the forefront each class is unique as each client is unique as she adapts the exercises so each client feels successful. 

Amy has been a movement educator since 1999. She has several Pilates comprehensive (all apparatus) certifications: 500hr Balanced Body Pilates Teacher Training, 500hr Mindful Movement Pilates Teacher Training, 500hr The Pilates Center Classical Pilates Bridge Teacher Training. She also obtained the extensive Breathe Edu Clinical Pilates year long diploma. She has the Core Exercise Solutions (CES) Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist certification, along with BASI's Prenatal and Postnatal certificate. Her focus is on whole body movement and strengthening with a special interest on the healthy functioning of the pelvis, as a CES Pelvis Pro Specialist.

Amy has been an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer since 1999, National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified corrective exercise specialist since 2012, and a certified Precision Nutrition coach since 2019. She is currently obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology degree, graduating in 2025.
