The Intro Series takes a systematic step by step approach learning the Foundations Pilates repertoire.
- We start with how to successfully breathe in Pilates to connect to your core and move first on the Universal Reformer.
- The second week we expand those foundational principles and you work on the Tower and Small Barrel.
- The three week we explore how amazing the Spine Corrector is for abdominal strength and spinal flexibility while discovering the wonders of the Wunda Chair.
- The last week we revisit the Reformer to put all the foundational pieces together..
This series will strengthen, connect, empower, and build body awareness.
With only five people to a class you will receive valuable feedback and guidance to feel successful during your Pilates beginnings!
Our Intro Series classes are designed for curious newcomers who want to experience Pilates Apparatus in a non-intimating and low pressure environment.
Once you have completed the Intro Series gaining strength, coordination, and knowledge of how to use the equipment you will feel successful to participate in Foundations and/or Intermediate classes (depending on which level you feel confident in).
